I embarked on a transformative path that changed my life completely, and today, I stand before you 70 pounds lighter and full of vitality.

A year ago years ago, I reached a breaking point in my life. Fatigued, suffering from painful arthritis, and unable to be as active as I wanted to be, I knew I had to make a change.
