Dr. Ho went to Rollins College and has strong ties to the Orlando area. He graduated from the University of South Florida Medical School and completed his residency at Tulane University in New Orleans. He then traveled to Auckland, New Zealand and completed a surgical fellowship in Oculoplastics. He now spends the majority of his practice taking care of our Veterans in central Florida.

While earning a Bachelor’s of Science in Sports Nutrition from the University of Central Florida, I was also an integral part of the Three time All Conference Rugby Team. Coming from a football background, I began my own weight loss journey in College when I transitioned from football to rugby. Through developing my knowledge in health and the foundational value of a healthy relationship with food, I lost 30 pounds. Since that time, I have stayed abreast of the latest research that fosters a healthy relationship with food. After a time working under the Director of Sports Nutrition for UCF Athletics, I am very pleased to be a part of the Nuviva family where I can exercise my passion on helping others unlock their potential every day.

Jessie Belanger
Growing up in a family with 6 kids, healthy, high quality food were not an attainable reality in Jessie’s upbringing. During college, Jessie pursued a degree in Health Science which led her to an internship at Nuviva Medical Weight Loss. While interning, Jessie learned a lot about health and nutrition and decided to try the program for herself. Through her success, she learned to change her perspective on food and became an avid supporter of the Nuviva program.
Through her personal upbringing and journey to better health, Jessie is able to relate to her clients and their struggles. She has empathy and understands what others face while working towards a healthier lifestyle. She is able to lead people to reaching their goals by changing their mentality towards and past relationships with food. Jessie truly cares about people and wants to help everyone become the best version of themselves.
