I couldn’t be happier!

I had always been athletic and never had to worry about what I ate. But I began a new birth control that made me swell and gain 40 pounds in a few short months. I didn’t know what to do. Initially wanted to lose just the weight I lost during the program. But once I lost that weight and graduated the program, simply by maintaining the lifestyle and diet changes I had learned through the program, I lost another 18.5 pounds.
