1. Medical Supervision
All therapies offered at Nuviva—including GLP-1, GLP-1/GIP, and other peptide-based or compounded medications—are prescribed solely under the direction of a licensed healthcare provider following a comprehensive medical evaluation. No treatment is initiated without proper documentation, medical justification, and clinical oversight. All use of peptides—whether FDA-approved or not—is conducted under appropriate medical supervision by a licensed provider and intended for investigational or therapeutic purposes only.
2. Use of Compounded and Investigational Medications
Nuviva may offer compounded peptide therapies including GLP-1 receptor agonists, dual GLP-1/GIP agonists, and other compounds when clinically appropriate. These are: • Compounded by licensed 503A or 503B pharmacies registered with the FDA and compliant with Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). These compounded formulations are not FDA-approved and have not undergone the same safety, efficacy, or quality testing required for FDA-approved medications. They are intended for medically directed investigational use only and are not suitable for unsupervised use. Nuviva does not promote, dispense, or substitute brand-name drugs such as Ozempic®, Wegovy®, Mounjaro®, or Zepbound®, nor does it make any claim that its compounded formulations are equivalent to these FDA-approved products.
3. Therapeutic Outcomes and Limitations
Individual results may vary. The effectiveness of any therapy—whether involving GLP-1, GLP-1/GIP, or other peptides—depends on multiple factors, including treatment adherence, diet, physical activity, health status, and metabolism. Any statements regarding benefits for weight loss or metabolic health are based on clinical experience or emerging research and have not been evaluated by the FDA. These therapies are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
4. FTC Compliance & Testimonials
To remain compliant with FTC regulations: • Nuviva makes no guarantees regarding specific health outcomes or weight loss results. • Testimonials or success stories shared on the site reflect individual experiences only and should not be considered representative of typical results. • All therapies offered are elective and voluntary, and patients retain the right to decline any recommended treatment.
5. Peptide Therapy Disclosure
Peptide therapies provided at Nuviva are considered off-label and investigational. This includes both FDA-approved peptides used for non-indicated purposes and non-FDA-approved peptides available through compounded formulations. These products are offered only in the context of provider-guided, patient-specific medical decisions. They are not intended for diagnosis, treatment, cure, or disease prevention. Misuse of these products is strictly prohibited.
