But that’s not the truth. If you go through the program and then you stick with it after, you’re going to keep the weight off.
Every day I struggle. I’m human and every day I work really, really hard. My whole life is really different because this program allows me to maintain my weight and feel good about myself.
I work very closely with Dr. Arcement at the hospital because he’s a cardiologist.
