Over a 6 year period, with onset of menopause, followed by an auto accident, I gained weight. So much that I had high blood pressure and needed medication for over 4 years!
Then I saw colleagues at the high school where I work shrinking before my eyes! Each participant that preceded me has had great success. And they all have shared helpful hints, encouragement and inspiration for many more to get started with Nuviva -- LIKE ME!!! I began the program in late February 2010, doubtful that I could succeed, as I had not dieted in the past. I had only been going in the wrong direction on the scales, feeling discouraged and in a rut.

I changed sizes so rapidly I gave away some clothes that got too big before I ever wore them! And I was never hungry! Now, in January 2011, it has been six months since I began Phase 4 Maintenance. I’ve continued to trim down pounds and inches. I started this journey at size 18/20. Now I am thrilled to be size 8/10! I still find it hard to believe! And I thank God and Nuviva in my daily prayers.
